Our Commitment to You

At HAIRMAKEOVER, we believe that exceptional service goes beyond the chair. We pride ourselves on transparent policies designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to allow our stylists and therapists to accommodate other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a 50% deposit for future appointments.

Deposit Policy

To secure your online bookings and larger services (such as colour, straightening, foils/balayage, and skin treatments), a 50% deposit is required. This deposit contributes to your final invoice. Please note that deposits are retained for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.

Re-Do Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Our stylists conduct thorough consultations to ensure we understand your desired outcome. If you are not satisfied with the result and advise us within one week of your service, we will happily re-do the service free of charge. Changes of mind will incur a new cost, agreed upon during consultation.
